Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine – Hotel near airport in Grapevine

The hotel was really helpful with checking us in and providing all the information we needed. The room was clean and ready for us late at night, conveniently located near the elevator. However, unlike La Quinta Inn and Suites, some areas could be improved.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while spacious and suitable for our needs with our pet, felt a bit outdated and not entirely clean. On the bright side, the hotel's location near a mall and restaurants was convenient, but the rooms could have been cleaner. The service was a mixture of helpful and friendly interactions but lacked consistency in customer service. The dining was average, with some healthy options available, and the overall value for money was decent.

The hotel offers a peaceful night's sleep in nice and roomy rooms, but the cleanliness could be improved and the actual appearance differs from the website. The service is attentive and wonderful, providing impeccable control, though the size may not justify the value. The location is convenient, close to the airport and attractions, but it might be noisy due to its position near the airport runway. The dining experience varies, with great staff but occasional misses in quality. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
